Signing In
Sign in with X. Your X profile picture becomes your avatar and your handle becomes your name — and your face isn't stuck to X: upload any image you want once you're inside.
- One tap with X — no email, no password to invent.
The Lobby
The lobby is the shared space. Everyone online is here at once, each a face on the floor, placed wherever they dragged themselves. Grab your own avatar and move it anywhere.
- The count up top is everyone here right now — it moves as people come and go.
Rooms
Branch off the lobby into a room. Public rooms anyone can walk into; private rooms open only with an invite link. The owner and admins run the place — backgrounds, who's in, who's out.
- The room switcher is that floating pill above the floor — tap it to hop somewhere else.
- Invite-only rooms open with a link. Share it, rotate it whenever.
Talking
Type in the dock and hit send — or just start typing anywhere on the page. While you're still typing, a dashed thought bubble shows your draft to you alone; send it and it becomes a speech bubble above your head, painted in your accent.
- Speech bubbles fade after a few seconds — talk on the floor is in-the-moment, not a transcript.
Emotes
Hit the emote button and your pick bursts up off your avatar and floats away — a laugh, a wave, a reaction with no typing at all. One-shot and gone, the way everything on the floor is.
- Emotes never land in chat — a quick beat above your head, then they fade.
Stickers, GIFs & Packs
Pull up a GIF (search Giphy) or one of your stickers and it sticks to your cursor — click to drop it on the floor. On the lobby floor, placed things fade after about ten seconds; in rooms they stay. Stickers live in packs you build and can carry into any room.
- GIFs come straight from Giphy search.
- Build a pack of your own stickers and emoji, then bring it everywhere.
The Scroll
Every room and the lobby keep a Scroll — the chat history. Reply, edit, delete, react, and drop attachments. Scroll back to find what you missed; your own reactions sit in your accent.
- Search the Scroll to find a message or a link someone dropped earlier.
DMs
Click someone's avatar to open a DM. It slides in from the left — one-to-one, with the same history and reactions as room chat. Block from your side anytime; they can do the same.
- Same composer, reactions, and attachments you already know from rooms.
Make It Yours
Your custom avatar can be scaled and flipped however you like. Pick one of four accent colors and it recolors everything you see — this whole page included (try the dots up top). palis follows your system's light or dark setting out of the box; force one from the top bar if you'd rather.
Points & Airdrops
Your account keeps a running points tally. You earn them by being part of the floor — we don't publish the exact formula, which is how we keep the bots and farmers out. They aren't cosmetic: when $PALIS launches, your points decide your share of the token airdrop.
- Be here, take part — points ride with your account until the airdrop lands.
Roadmap
Where the floor goes from here. The first stop is everything that already works — the rest is the plan.
- NowThe social floor
All live: sign-in with X, the lobby, public and private rooms, real-time chat, emotes, stickers, GIFs, packs, custom emoji, DMs, the Scroll, DJ booths, custom avatars and accents, and a points tally. Wallets link, and on-chain escrow is already running on devnet.
- NextMobile — the floor in your pocket
palis is desktop-first today. Next up is a real mobile layout, so the floor works on a phone, not just a laptop.
- SoonPvP, with stakes
Head-to-head games on the floor with real SOL on the line.
- LaterThe token
$PALIS launches — and your points convert into your share of the airdrop. The token the whole place runs on, from wagers to keys.
- BeyondApps — rooms become platforms
Embed games, tools, and feeds straight into any room. A room stops being a chatroom and becomes whatever its owner builds on top of it.
- HorizonOwn the room
Presence becomes ownable — room keys, held and traded, settled in $PALIS.
